Here’s How It Works

  1. Fill out your GI-RO Drycleaners Pick-up and Delivery application.
  2. You will then be contacted by a customer service representative who will assign you your delivery days and a start date.
  3. Our driver will then drop off your delivery materials on your start date. This includes two personalized drop off bags, an over the door hanger, a 50% coupon and special care instruction cards. Please feel free at this time to leave out your first pick up at your designated delivery area in a plastic garbage bag. Please be sure to include your name on a piece of paper in the bag.
  4. Our driver will then return them professionally cleaned and ready to wear…3 days later!
  5. Finally, You will receive a monthly billing statement or we can automatically charge your credit card every month…your choice!
