and delivery service, offering you quality dry cleaning, professional shirt
laundering, and other laundering services to your home or office. Our website
enables you, as a delivery customer, to request-a-pickup (if you choose to be
an on-call customer). Online payments can be processed on our website as well.
GiroDryCleaners.com includes many other great features offered to customers who
choose to visit our store locations. Simply click “My Account” on our menu and
follow the instructions given. As a customer, our website allows you to view
your orders with us and also to check their status. We offer a convenient
online payment system, available to those customers who have set up charge
accounts with us.
Our website enables us to keep our customers updated with the latest news
involving our business. We post coupons available for you to print in the
convenience of your own home.
How do I sign up for GI-RO’s pick-up and delivery service?
Simply click on the “Sign Up!” box that appears in the top right of our web
page. You will then be guided through the new customer area.
After signing-up, when can I expect to begin my service?
An email will be sent to you to confirm your application. You will then be
contacted by Jennifer, our Route Manager, to start your service.
Are there any additional fees for the convenience of using this
pick-up/delivery service?
No, there are no additional fees or minimum orders to use our service. We
follow the same price list as used in our locations. All of our prices can be
viewed under “Pricing” on our menu bar.
What are GI-RO Dry Cleaners pick-up/delivery schedules?
We offer a few different types of pick-up and delivery services. We can visit
you twice a week, once a week, or on an on-call basis. If you choose to become
a twice a week customer, your pickup and delivery days will be based on your
address zip code. We will place you on a scheduled route for one of the
following: Monday/Thursday service, or Tuesday/Friday service. If we pick-up on
Monday, we will deliver Thursday, and if we pickup Tuesday, we will deliver
Friday. Also, when we deliver your dry cleaning items, we will pick-up any new
orders that you may have at that time and deliver them to you based upon your
scheduled delivery route.
What are the pick-up/delivery hours?
We provide the following pick-up/delivery times Monday through Friday:
Residential customers are serviced from 9am - 5pm
Business/Office Customers are serviced from 9am - 4pm
Where does GI-RO pick-up/deliver my clothes?
You choose your designated delivery area. We suggest a weather-sheltered area.
Some common locations include: front door, back door, patio area, or garage.
However, if you do not have a weather-sheltered area, we will be happy to
provide you with our convertible weatherproof bags to ensure your clothes will
be shielded from the rain or snow.
Do I need to be there when you pick-up/deliver to my location to
use this service?
No. We do not require you to be there. We will provide you with an
over-the-door hanger to be placed over the top of your door. You can hang your
red drop off bag on the hook for the driver to pick-up. The driver will then
hang your finished dry cleaning there when he delivers it back to you.
How do I pay for my dry cleaning services?
We offer two types of payments for our pick-up and delivery service. When you
sign-up with us to become a customer, you will provide us with your
credit/debit card information. You can then choose whether you would like us to
send you a bill monthly or we can charge your credit card automatically at the
beginning of every month. Your billing information will reside on secured
server, and will only be used for future transactions with girodrycleaners.com.
Is my credit card information secure with this service?
GI-RO uses a web-based encryption and authentication service for all your
transactions, to ensure your information is completely secure.
How do I alert GI-RO Dry Cleaners, if I have a special need
for one of my items?
Place a Special Care Form
completely filled out in your red drop-off bag. This form allows you to alert
us of any garments requiring special care to change your starch preference or
an alteration or repair needed. We will gladly address this need when picking
up your items.

GI-RO Dry Cleaners utilizes a computer based garment identification system to
avoid any misplaced or lost items. If a garment is missing from your order,
please contact Sarah at 716-625-6313 or contact us through the
website as soon as possible. If for some reason, we cannot locate your
garment, GI-RO will provide you a credit to the original form of payment for
the fair value of that garment, as explained in the American National Standards
Institute National Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.

If, in a rare instance, you find a damaged item in your order, please contact
Sarah at 716-625-6313 or contact us through the
website as soon as possible. Upon receiving
your damaged garment, we will send it to our dry cleaning facility for an
analysis and then we will contact you within 5 business days to resolve the
dispute with you. If we determine that we are responsible for the damage to
your garment, GI-RO will provide you a credit to the original form of payment
